We offer the following secure payment options:
CREDIT CARD: Visa and Mastercard
BANK DEPOSIT: You may choose to deposit your payment directly in to our bank account. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Our bank account details will be shown at checkout.
NOTE: Payment is expected within 3 days. If your payment has not been received within this time, the order will be cancelled and the stock returned to shelf as we do not have the capacity to hold items longer than this duration.
PAYPAL: We accept payment via PayPal balance or you may choose to pay through PayPal, without having a PayPal account, by using your credit card.
Orders are generally sent within one business day after payment has been received.
Delivery time is dependent on your location and based on orders being placed by 10.00am (AEST)
Days are based on working days (Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends).
Please note that exceptionally large orders may incur an additional delivery fee.

Signature will be required unless you tell us otherwise. If you are
happy for your parcel to be left without a signature, you must
stipulate this in the comments section at checkout.

Delivery 1-3 days* (by Australia Post Express Satchel - no signature will be required)
AustPost satchels
help keep the postage cost down, however, they do not require a
signature at delivery. If you require a signature, please contact us
first or choose the $17.95 Australian Air Express option for delivery to a business address.
AUSTRALIAN OVERNIGHT COURIER
AUSTRALIAN AIR EXPRESS $17.95
Delivery 1-2 days (MOST locations are next day).
NOTE: As redelivery fees apply, an Authority To Leave sticker will be placed on items that are not addressed to a business (including a business name). This means the parcel will be left for you even if you are not home.
If a redelivery is required then an additional fee will be charged back to the customer.
Signature will be only required for parcels being sent to business addresses.
Please note that remote rural and country areas may take slightly longer.
INTERNATIONAL - NEW ZEALAND
Orders are sent to New Zealand using Australia Post Registered International post. The postage will be calculated by weight.
Please note it may be necessary to adjust the postage cost and this may require customers to pay an additional fee or customers may be entitled to a refund.
International Orders are only accepted with payment through PayPal or credit card.
* Please be aware that with all postal methods, unexpected delays may happen that are beyond our control. Couriers can be affected by weather, heavy cargo loads and many other factors which The Baby Shower Shop can not be held accountable for.
If you require your order urgently, we suggest using Australian Air Express as we are not liable for delays with Australia Post.
If you are wanting your order to be delivered to a hospital, please ensure that the recipient will still be a patient based upon the above delivery times.
